Celebration New Year's

The hotel restaurant was closed on New Year's but I went with a friend to Veranda!
Comfortable and almost new hotel had comfortable beds, good Wi-Fi and tasty buffet! Location is central and at a quiet place! The service delivered from the reception was good and cleaning of rooms also!

Good Location

The hotel has got a good location and nice staff, when we arrived there "Elena" welcomed us with her beautiful smile and warm Greetings.
The room was spacious, Clean, with window and very comfortable bed.
and Negative point:
when i wanted to store my luggage for few hours after check out the guy asked me to take the luggage myself to the second floor and to take it to a room, of course he came with me but just to show me the way, as my experience even in very cheap hotels they do not ask the guest to take the luggage to the store room.

Good hotel next to central street

The hotel is 5-7 walking minutes from Deribasovskaya (central street). Is clean, with friendly personnel. If you come by car make sure to announce to have parking space which is limited. Breakfast is not great- all basic staff exists but next time I would take the room without breakfast and fo somewhere outside

Modern and trendy hotel!

Modern and trendy hotel with nice rooms (although you should not expect rooms with a view) at walking distance from the city center. On my birthday, the hotel offered me a bottle of champagne and pie during breakfast, which was a great surprise to start the day with! Thank you, Marlin Hotel!

nothing fishy here

very new and well kept hotel, very friendly and polite staff and the room I had was an excellent duplex,, restaurants and sights just a few minutes walk, and it was great value for money, if you like new and trendy then this a good option for sure
