Wonderful place for relaxing stay and an amazing view from the room

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Everything was exceptionally clean and well-maintained, which made my stay very comfortable.
The view was absolutely stunning and truly unforgettable.
The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly.
Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I highly recommend this hotel.

Excellent view

Very spacious room. Good behaviour. Best view.
The view is so amazing that you will want to stay forever.
But remember Toyota coaster can't reach the hotel. Any other sedan or suv can easily get there.

IRIS KANDY is dissapoting!

This hotel is not a 4 star! Dirty and very basic. Would not recommend to any travellers. Food was cold, no blankets in the room. When they brought blankets, it was all stained and with hair strands. Terrible experience!

Nice hotel

Nice hotel, manager was very sweet and welcoming. Just encountered one issues, the water would turn cold when having a shower. It would re-set every 15 minutes which I found out after my shower. They were apologetic and it was fine after.
The dinner was excellent, a beautiful Sri Lankan and breakfast was nice, your standard english breakfast.
Please note there is no lift in the hotel but the staff help with bags.

Exceptional Hospitality and Breathtaking Views

IRS Kandy is truly the best hotel to stay in Kandy! The view is breathtaking. We woke up to stunning scenery and at night enjoyed a magical sight of the whole city right from our room. A big thanks to Manager Mr. Ranjith, whose kindness and hospitality were beyond words. He gave us the top room with the best view and made our stay unforgettable. The breakfast was delicious, enjoyed with the most beautiful view. Facilities, welcoming staff, and customer service were excellent. I’d rate this place 100/10—highly recommended and special thanks to Mr. Ranjith!
