For those who want to walk around

Local in a convenient location , clean and with helpful staff. The breakfast very plentiful........ and from the central station 10 m walk ........ The rooms very spacious (even too) ahaha but quiet and warm. For anyone wishing to visit Brussels on foot it is 5 m walk from the center.

Great location, beautiful lobby room

The rooms are well furnished, breakfast buffet was fine. The hotel has a lobby, the lobby room is very nice. The staff was kind. Wellness is charged extra, unfortunately we did not have time to try it, but we heard it is nice. We will probably return again :)

Averege everything, I would not reccomend it

I booked a deluxe room at the 1st floor. Wanted the big window high ceiling rooms, only to get there and realize that one of the staff mooved me to the atic rooms, which have a low tilted ceiling and seem very small. No explanation given for the move, antgere was no way to change it since the hotel was fully booked.
The townsquare clock, chimes every hour and probably makes some sound every 30 min. It ca be very annoying and evdnkeep you awake at night.
Not a great experience at this place.

Two night stay with work

Pleasant place, decent breakfast. On a lovely square with historic building, clock does chime but didn't keep me awake. It was quite hot and on the top floor it was a bit stuffy and no aircon but not unbearable but if you're sensitive to that maybe ask for a lower floor

Small town best hotel

The Alexander hotel is located on a square where you can see the only tourist attraction of Stribro: its city hall. The hotel looks nice from the outside. There is an adequate parking place at the back. The reception desk staff is friendly and efficient. Getting hot water (there is no water cooker in the room) is not a problem. The lift is constructed against the back gable. Rooms are quite adequate and a good deal for the price. They are clean, well maintained, heated and isolated.
Unfortunately, Stribro does not rise above being a stop on the road from Prague to Germany, but if that's what you need, this hotel will do fine.
