Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Payment before arrival by bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. A damage deposit of GBP 150 is required. The host charges this 14 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Guests are required to show a photo identification that matches the payment card, to be sent by email before arrival, in order to verify the guest's age. Please inform Notting Hill Residences in advance if the guest arrival is before 16:00 and the guest would like to store their luggage, as this service is subject to availability. The Notting Hill Residences uses a self-check-in system. Instructions on how to use this property system will be sent out a few days before guests’ arrival. There is no lift in the building. There is no parking at the premises. Private and public parking is available, and the hotel will provide instructions if requested. Bed linen for the sofa bed is not included in the rate. Guests can rent them at the property for an additional charge of GBP 20. Bed linens included in the rate are for 2 persons per bed. Please note that each apartment is in a fixed location. The apartments are located on different floors, so feel free to contact us for floor information before making your booking.
