Holidays
We stayed here for one night with my boyfriend and had a wonderful experience. The welcome was warm, and the owners are absolutely lovely and kind. The restaurant is beautiful, the food is great, and the evening atmosphere is really nice. The location is perfect, just a short walk from the beach and everything was super comfortable. We truly recommend this place!

Good place
I arrived earlier than planned, I had to warn and they responded super quick, they told me that they would let me know if the room was ready sooner and so it was. Good care on that side, and overall everything very well there was no contact with reception but in the end it was not necessary because they made everything very clear to me by Gmail. Besides everything is very close, the beach, cafes, supermarket.

I Don’t Wanna Leave!
Wow - what a magnificent stay! Our room, the Dorothy Dandridge suite, was great. We had everything we needed (including fridge, hob, microwave, kettle, kitchen utensils, etc.) with the most glorious (albeit partial) view of the ocean! We also spent quite a bit of time on the well designed and aesthetically pleasing rooftop with 360 degree views, 4th floor. Stunning! There is also a small wading pool, perfect to cool off after sunbathing. The suites are on the 3rd and 2nd floors. Every suite pays homage to stars of screen and film, a nod to old Hollywood glamour. On the first floor there is a soothing yoga and massage center. I got the best professional massage with Ms. Alice there. And on the ground floor, there is an excellent restaurant, Claudina. Get the ribs, you’ll thank me.
In short, you have everything you could possibly need right there! Even with all there is to do and see in Parede and nearby Lisbon, I found myself very happy to return “home” to the warm hospitality offered by our lovely hosts, Ricardo, Karla, and Mafalda. In fact, I didn’t want to leave. We’re coming back again next month

Unhuman treatment
The advertising of their website is misleading, since despite being listed the price with taxes included, we were charged the tourist tax later, and also in bad ways, because despite having all our bank details for payment, they did not want to give us the access data or room number until not receiving the payment of the mentioned rate, since they have no staff in reception except between 15 and 17 hours .
Other friends who have stayed there and made their Reservation online, such as us did not charge the quoted fee, as it was listed as included in the price, like us.
The treatment was also incorrect, as they did not respond to our messages through the web, although it was apparently automated, malfunctioning, and we had to send repeated messages already about to board our plane for Lisbon, with consequent stress and hard time on our part, because we were already at the airport, in the boarding line . We therefore feel mistreated, as humane treatment shines through its absence.
The accommodation is located next to the train track, you could hear trains from early hours until evening. The room was next to the elevator, and you heard everything from the restaurant located on the ground floor, it was unnecessary to have the restaurant connected to the rooms, as they had independent doors and all it caused was noise and bad being.
We asked for a coffee maker, and they replied unkindly, that there was a kettle, (we love Portuguese coffee) to finish, in the next room they smoked continuously, so we could not ventilate the room, and even though we told those responsible, it kept repeating for several days
In short we will continue traveling to the coast of Parede and Cascais because we loved it, but we will not repeat more in the Chic studio
