Although several areas of the hotel are currently under renovation, the hotel looks clean and functional, and the staff is super friendly.

Would definitely stay again if I end up in the area. Good breakfast. Clean rooms and pleasant aesthetic. Staff was helpful. Area seemed fairly safe but didn't have time to wander.

NM hotel exceeded all expectations. The rooms are spacious and clean. The staff is amazing. They have been very friendly and helpful. Great location near everything. The breakfast buffet was the best we’ve had since we’ve had in Peru. We’ve stayed at several hotels and NM Lima hotel is fantastic. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you.

The room was the main problem, cealing lights were on and off during the night, tv has to be fixed, the room itself was for one person, we were two, the front desk wasn't helpful at all, the window lock was not secure and never was fixed .

It is a 4 star hotel, but really well done. Everything was efficient, same day laundry service was great, rooms very comfortable, everything works flawlessly, slept very well. The restautant, Trescientos (300) was a fantastic surprise. There are many amazing restaurants close, but I was often pressed for time and ate at 300. Did not disappoint! Had some of my best meals in Peru there. And all of the staff friendly, helpful, accessible. I really enjoyed my stay there and highly recommend it.
