Amazing stay

We had an amazing stay at Novotel Cusco. The hotel it is perfectly located just a short walk away from the Plaza de Armas or Qorikancha which is in opposite direction. Clean room, amazing breakfast, professional and very helpful staff. Would strongly recommend it!

Wonderful experience in Cusco and with Novotel Cusco

My husband and I enjoyed Cusco and Novotel Cusco a lot. We were delighted with the way Juvenal cleaned our room. Wonderful , delicious breakfast with lots of choice, big and beautiful lobby/patio and comfortable room with comfortable mattress. We recommend Novotel Cusco

Great Location. Cozy Hotel

We stayed seven nights here at the beginning of our trip and at the end. The rooms are cozy. The beds firm with crisp sheets. Pillows a bit thin for my liking.
Housekeeping was timely and always left the room neat, fresh bottles of water.
The breakfast was standard fair for a hotel of this type. Yet there was enough variety to mix it up. Fresh fruit was in abundance though it would have been nice to see mango out.
If you truly want an uninterrupted sleep bring earplugs. It can get a bit noisy with outside vehicle and pedestrian traffic.
The location is only minutes from the square, good shopping and excellent restaurants.

Novotel

Loved the food and the service at Noton hotel The staff is super friendly and polite. I was especially impressed by Mayra R. She always had a smile in her face and ready to help everyone. She was so caring that she even brought some remedies to me to help with high altitude sickness. Highly recommend this place.

Magnificent, centrally-located, top notch service

Magnificent hotel in the heart of the city. Centrally located within walking distance to the Cathedral, Plaza and restaurants and shops. Easy to walk out in the evening and enjoy the night life. Beautiful spacious atrium for lounging, breakfast and dinner. Full hot breakfast buffet to be enjoyed in the atrium. The omelette chef even walked out from his station to serve his omelette to the guest! Rooms were comfortable and clean. Shower water had good pressure and was hot, aspects where many hotels fall short, but not here. Pleasantly surprised to find a baby alpaca on the ground floor for guests to pet and take photos with. All the staff were very welcoming and super friendly. A special shout out to Mayara R who greeted us during breakfast, helped us take pictures and provided recommendations for things to do and places to eat. We took all her recommendations which were spot on. We even bumped into her on the streets later and she was still just as gracious and warm. Great facility and wonderful service. Thanks for a memorable experience. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Cusco.
