Great hotel in Chimoio
Very nice hotel. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Room was lovely and clean. Loved that there was a good restaurant on site.
The only downside was the swimming pool was unusable. Would have loved to go for a swim, but it was extremely dirty.

Maintenance is key to our future support
VERY friendly and efficient staff from reception to other departments,including room service. Very comfortable bed!! Great breakfast!! HOWEVER; lift not working, electrical problems in room 101 so some lights stay on all night (they tried to rectify the matter at 10pm but failed), no plug in bath, VERY few Dstv channels with no international news. It would be good if management could take a very close look at some very basic issues and attend to them to ensure our continued support. I will try again in July and pray to see improvements. Seems like some investment for general rehabilitation would be in order with an active manager to keep his/her finger on the pulse!!

Nice place
The hotel is quite nice and at the centre of Chimoio. The staff is helpful and restaurant is above average. The prices are a bit below average compared to the nearby hotels and restaurants as well. The rooms are not that special and even though they are starting to show their age, they are still comfy.

This place is decreasing in quality
I've just arrived here at inter chimoio and this is my second visit.
The staff continue to be very friendly and even recognized me though I came last year once! Felt very honored!
Though the aspect of the toilets and the furniture is getting old and not being replaced, the taps literally splashes water into ones face in the basin and the wifi hardly works in the room
Please continue to maintain this place an enjoyable stay as I remember.:)

Served our purpose!
Considering the short list of accommodation choices in Chimoio, our two-night stay at this hotel was not bad. Here are the pros and cons:
Pros:
We had a large room facing some city scenes and faraway hills. The room had basic amenities such as air-condition, a small fridge, TV, hot water, and hair dryer. The room was also clean and everything functioned.
Room service was available everyday and the hotel provided drinking water, tea, coffee and expresso.
Breakfast was included in the price and it was a very good buffet. Dinner at the restaurant was also good
The hotel was in a quiet area although one could hear a bit of traffic and some construction work during the day.
Wi-Fi was steady and strong.
There was a roof top with a pool attached to a small seminar room.
People at the front desk were very nice.
The Eduardo Mondlane university Chimoio-branch was in the walking distance and it had a field to do exercise, which was practical.
Cons:
The hotel from outside looked somewhat ugly and so was inside the room. Curtains were very old, and the closet door still had not properly cleaned from last painting.
The bar had no cocktails although they had some cocktail ingredients on display. The bar staff needed training all around.
The roof top was messy with broken this and that and the pool was filthy. The hotel could make something very nice out of this roof top, which had a great view of the "sleeping old man" rock and also the sunset.
All in all, I would say, if other hotels are booked out, you still can consider this hotel for a night or two and also for a seminar.
