EXPECTATIONS EXCEEDED
Ricardo's service as our concierge was outstanding! He answered every question, made reservations, and checked with us daily for any needs.
The room was everything shown on the website and more. Truly mind-blowing beautiful. You never need to even leave the room. Our private plunge pool was short of amazing!
This has been an amazing vacation to celebrate our 16th wedding anniversary at BE TULUM. We can not wait to visit again soon!

Great stay at Be Tulum!
We especially want to mention Guillermo, who took care of us on the beach during our stay. He was incredibly friendly, attentive, and welcoming every single day. He always checked in on us, made sure we had everything we needed, and genuinely made us feel taken care of. Small things like that really make a difference when you’re on vacation, and Guillermo honestly made the trip that much better for us.
Would definitely come back and highly recommend staying here if you’re visiting Tulum.

Nightmare at the Be hotel
the same night we got robbed in our room. When we step out for dinner
When we came back, we found two of the stuff looking through our things when we ask what they were doing, they say not much they left quickly
the next day we realize our two passports were missing my cell phone and my husband‘s credit card we told the front desk the next day they searched the room. They found nothing we told them on Monday. We were going to make a police report but on Sunday, they put our two passports back in the room please don’t go to this place. They’re all in it. They want to rob you don’t go there. Please do yourself a favor. stay away from. This hotel. Be hotel in Tulum Mexico.

From the moment your concerns were brought to our attention, our team conducted a thorough review, inspected the room and surrounding areas, and provided assistance throughout your stay, including support in contacting the appropriate authorities.
Following your departure, we remained fully engaged in reviewing the matter through the communications received from your travel agency and later through your direct correspondence with us. During this process, additional information became available, including confirmation that certain items initially reported as missing had been recovered. This information was carefully considered as part of our review. However, based on all the information available, we were unable to find evidence supporting the conclusion that the reported loss resulted from the actions of our team or occurred as described.
While we sincerely regret the distress this situation has caused, our responsibility is to handle every concern with fairness, diligence, and objectivity. For this reason, the outcome of our review has remained consistent throughout every stage of our communication.
We remain committed to providing a safe environment for our guests and to addressing every concern with the utmost professionalism and care.
