We were very satisfied. Beautiful hotel, cozy room, and incredibly good service. The staff were very helpful and assisted us with coordinating trips, calling taxis, etc. If we return to Morocco, we would definitely choose this hotel again.

I made my reservation and paid at this establishment days before my arrival, scheduled for November 6th, for 4 days. I received several confirmations, . Upon arriving at the airport, the driver tried to contact the Riad 5 times and they never answered the phone. After 13-hour int. flighThe driver dropped us off at the nearest Medina entrance, 15 minutes from the Riad. Upon arrival, we had to knock several times before they finally opened the door. There were two cleaning ladies; one of them kindly offered us mint tea and told us that they weren't expecting any guests that day. We showed her, the reservation, and she then put us in touch with the Riad manager, Mrs. Fatima. She told us that our reservation had been canceled and that she didn't have a room available, that we should call Expedia, We contacted them, but they couldn't verify the situation because again, no one was answering. So we couldn't resolve anything. Mrs. Fatima called us and told that we had to leave in 10 minutes. That's how our adventure in Marrakech began: on the street, with nowhere to sleep at 6 p.m., in a foreign country, and without any support. Mrs. Fatima never showed any empathy; she was brusque, rude, and completely unpleasant, never showed any empathy; she was brusque, rude, and completely unpleasant, she simply left us on the street without a second thought. I would never recommend an establishment that showed no regard, in the end, received help from a woman on the street.

Arrival in Marrakech and two nights @ the Riad

Two parents and a teenage girl with her grown up sister arriving just before midnight we warmly greeted by the one man in charge of the Riad nearby, as rhe way to the place is complicated when you are the first time in Marrakech. The rooms are keeping with the traditions of the Riad, be it that Riad First has kept it simple and clutter free. Very quiet in the midst of the working part of the medina. Street at night are full of garbage and you wonder if all your prejudice will live up to expectations. The rooms are spacious, the bathroom with the painted concrete are cool, water pressure good and the accommodation is confortable and functional. Early start in the day; the master of the house presented a lovely set breakfast with all you need for the day, detail to attention, fresh and delicious. Stepping out and.. what a change! The streets at 07.30hrs are meticulously cleaned, not a piece of trash anywhere, roads washed and the medina is waking up for a bustling business day.
All in all, a great two night start in Marrakech!

Great.

Very nice place to stay on Marrakech, Fatima a love of woman with whom we exchanged. We had a beautiful suite , my only little flat and lack of brightness in the room. But this is a Riad that I recommend, so pretty and hearty breakfasts. Thank you 1000x for all, I would come back if the opportunity this presents.

Riad very well located in the medina 15 minutes from the jemaa el fna square on one side and the Majorelle garden on the other, you are welcomed by Fatima who advises you for all visits and good plan, the Riad and very clean, spacious rooms and breakfast is homemade and hearty. Rooftop terrace, indoor pool, quiet.
