Tranquil Riad with exceptional staff

My friend and I stayed at the Riad Cocoon for 4 nights and had a wonderful time. The staff are all so welcoming and helpful, starting our stay with a mint tea and an introduction to some of the places to visit, setting up our map with locations. We honestly could not have managed to get around without the map and the help. The team helped make restaurant reservations, book taxis, anything we needed was handled and advice given on places to eat each day. On our first day, we chose to eat at the Riad and had the Lamb Tagine, it was the best meal we had all stay, the chef is an excellent cook. The rooms at the Riad are spotlessly clean, with a lovely scent like a spa, the rooms were cleaned each day. The beds were very comfortable. We also enjoyed a Hammam and a massage which was fabulous. We both loved every minute of our stay and being in the heart of the Medina was perfect, and at the end of each day you walked from the chaos of the Souks and roads into an oasis of peace and tranquility. Corinne and the team really know how to look after guests, we will definitely be back.

Excellent Riad

I’m currently staying at Raid Cocoon This is my second time here and I just love the place. Big thanks to Osama and Jamal ( hope I spelt the names right) and of course Corinne for looking after me on my stay nothing was a problem to them anything I asked was attended to would highly recommend I stayed in the Nirvana suite which has the advantage of its own private terrace which is great for sun bathing which is fantastic. Place is impeccable clean and the two cleaning ladies are fantastic as well.

Excellent stay!

Very good location not far from everything, excellent service, hamam and massages very good, in short, great for a stay of 5/6 nights in Marrakech. Opportunities to organize excursions outside the city under very good conditions.
The room on the top floor with a private terrace is very pleasant!

A truly special experience – Pure warmth

We have stayed at this Riad for the second time now – the first time as a couple, and this time with the whole family. Although there are many beautiful Riads in Marrakesh, this one is something very special to us.
What sets this Riad apart are the people: Corinne and her team welcome you so warmly and take care of every request with incredible attention to detail. From the very first moment, you don’t feel like a guest, but like you are at home.
Another highlight is the service, especially the Hamam bath combined with the massage – an absolute treat and an experience you shouldn’t miss. Thank you for the wonderful time.

Riad Cocoon

We loved our stay at Riad Cocoon! Corinne and her staff were really efficient, friendly and they went out of their way to help us plan any holiday activities in and around Marrakech. The Riad is a very restful and relaxing place, close to main areas of interest in Marrakech. Breakfast was fresh everyday and was very good quality and we had a very good evening meal at the Riad on a couple of days. Our room was air conditioned and was clean and comfortable.
