A true 5-star experience in every way!
Without a doubt, it's the best hotel in Beirut.
The hotel is incredibly modern while still feeling elegant and classy. It really stands out compared to many other 5 stars hotels in the city. Every detail feels fresh, luxurious, and thoughtfully designed.
The service was exceptional from start to finish. Tia at the reception gave us such a warm welcome and made us feel at home from the moment we arrived. The entire staff was outstanding! Always smiling, friendly, attentive, and genuinely happy to help. Their positive attitude created such a welcoming atmosphere throughout our stay.
Our room was spacious, beautifully designed, so clean and equipped with literally everything you could possibly need. It honestly felt like they had thought of every little detail, so there was never a need to ask for anything extra. The walk-in closet was fantastic, the bed was incredibly comfortable, and having a TV in front of the bathtub was such a luxurious and thoughtful touch. The coffee machine with a great selection of coffees was another detail we really appreciated.
The rooftop pool is stunning, with breathtaking views over the sea and Beirut. It was the perfect place to relax, and the cocktails were excellent.
A special thank you to Lama from the event management team, who was incredibly helpful, professional, and always smiling. Just like the rest of the staff, she made every interaction a pleasure. I truly believe that the warmth and positivity of the team are what make this hotel so special.
This hotel offers the perfect combination of luxury, comfort, modern design, and outstanding hospitality. In my opinion, it is the best hotel in Beirut, and I'm sure anyone who stays here will understand why. I can't recommend it highly enough!

True Tasteful Luxury 5 Star Hotel Experience in the Heart of Beirut
Hotel Le Gray Beirut is a true luxury five star hotel that is finally reopen in the heart of Beirut. I initially stayed at the hotel in a corner suite room back in 2018 which was a super memorable stay that left me with a lasting impression. So when I learned this hotel had recently reopened, I knew I had to book a stay for my parents during their two visits to Lebanon stay in Beirut May-June 2026. This hotel is flawless, and the service is flawless. From the reservations department to the concierge and guest relations team to the staff at Padame, we experienced the best service experience we've had at a hotel in Lebanon. My father kept saying that the level of service, ambience and atmosphere of Le Gray Beirut was similar to his experience at the RoseWood Hong Kong (his favorite hotel in the world). The Lebanese Breakfast is a must try, everything was delicious in their offering. The croissants at the hotel are also outstanding. The rooms are beautifully decorated, and the hotel is furnished very tastefully. During this stay we booked the executive suite. It was very spacious and beautifully decorated. My mother also kept commenting about the cleanliness of the hotel. Every corner of the hotel was spotless, and rooms were serviced multiple times a day by housekeeping. The beds are extremely comfortable, and the hotel was super quiet. The concierge service also did an excellent job at decorating my Parents room to celebrate their recent completion of the haj pilgrimage in Mecca. The location is perfect, in the heart of Downtown, you have the option of walking to many attractions, restaurants, coffee shops and shopping (rolex and chanel are literally across the street). Also location makes it easy to drive or take a cab to any point in the city, and the valet was extremely quick and helpful. If you are looking for a fully serviced hotel that is clean and true luxury experience, Le Gray is your hotel in Beirut. Will be looking forward to my future stays at this hotel.

Amazing stay at le gray Beirut
The hotel is excellent, with very spacious and comfortable rooms. The staff are extremely friendly and supportive, especially Tia, who made our stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommended
