Great half term trip with children
Fantastic half term staycation at Les Ormes with 3 boys aged 4, 8 & 11 I knew weather was not going to be great and this place had so many facilities to keep boys active as d happy. We stayed in amazing lodge with jacuzzi and sauna and used jump jersey and climb daily. A fantastic trip thank you so much we will be back for sure. Wonderful 5/5

Best place for us in jersey - love if
We come here every year with our dog and stay on the cottages on the beach. Service always been good, the best quality of accomodation ive seen on the island and great facilities. The beach is empty and perfect not at all busy, great padel lessons and courts and gym at the resort - we rent a car for our trips which is not expensive and means its only 5 mins drive. The staff are super friendly

Golf shop very rude experience.
So I've been to the golf shop a few times and I've come across a person by the name of Brian. I've had a few interactions and even bought clubs before. I've just been in and actually been inquiring on trading in some clubs and purchasing new ones. I don't want to go into detail but his customer service was uncomfortable and horrible to say the least. I will not be returning unfortunately even though I've just purchased a golf pass at the club. I would avoid using the shop the island has better to offer.

Excellent family venue
This was our third holiday holiday here. Always enjoyable. We used to enjoy both the swimming pools and were disappointed to find that the indoor pool has been closed down. Hence only 4*.
Les Ormes is EV friendly, with 6 charge stations, although while we were there one was out of action.
Family friendly
Dog friendly.
Our apartment was fully wheelchair accessible but an able bodied person is needed to reach the upper kitchen cupboards and the wheelchair user would need to transfer to their own shower chair. Specific accessible apartments are also available.
The dining room closes early each evening (20:00), but then the accommodation is self catering

Comfortable self catering but not quite perfect.
Went for a short 4 night break with our grandson (aged 3). We visit Jersey regularly and always use the bus to get around but we got a taxi from the airport to the site to check in because of luggage. The site is literally next to the airport but it isnt practical to walk it. We knew that check in was 4pm but thought we could leave our bags and pop into St Helier to get a bus pass while we were waiting.
The reception arrangements are poor. There is a reception area just inside the main door but I never saw it open during our stay so I had to drag our bags up 2 flights of stairs looking for someone to ask and eventually found another reception area next to the restaurant. Why this isn’t sign posted is beyond me. They gave me early access to the lodge we had booked and a small A5 map of the site and all but told me to get on my way and get on with it. It made me feel like they didn’t really care to be honest.
The lodge itself was several hundred meters walk away but spacious and comfortable when we got there. With the exception of the kitchen, it was also well equipped. If you are expecting to cook a meal during your stay you will struggle with solely the equipment provided. There are some saucepans, a small frying pan, cups and glasses, wooden spoon and a couple of other things but the kitchen knives were all so blunt you could cut anything with them and there were no oven trays or anything like that.
There is plenty of space around the units and it doesn’t feel busy or congested. Once we settled in we decided to get the bus into town. This was the main problem really because although you can use the bus, it is at least a ten minute walk, some of which is on a road with no pavement which is quite dangerous. I would be less concerned if I were on my own but with a toddler it wasn’t very easy. If you stay here hire a car, it is the only practical way of doing it.
There are some activities for kids but very few for young kids which is a shame. Plenty to do for 7-12 age group though.
We would go back but with a car and a few bits and bobs to make the stay more comfortable.
