Guests must check in by 6:00 PM to eat dinner at this property. Guests who check in after this time may not be served dinner, and no refund will be given. An accommodation tax per person, per night is not included in the price and must be paid at the property. Please note this property is located in Okuhida Hot Spring Villages. Guests will need to take a bus from JR Takayama Station. To use the hotel's free shuttle, call upon arrival at Fukuchiguchi Onsen Bus Stop. Contact details can be found on the booking confirmation. To eat breakfast or dinner at the property, a reservation must be made at least 1 day in advance. The property cannot take same-day request for meals. Guests with a tattoo may not be permitted to enter public bathing areas and other public facilities. The public hot-spring bath is available from 15:00 to 10:00. Guests who wish to make reservations are kindly requested to notify staffs at the time of check-in. Please note that there are no restaurants, shops, foreign currency exchange machines around the area.

According to Takayama City regulations, an accommodation tax will be levied starting October 1, 2025. The tax is charged per person per night based on the accommodation fee. Less than JPY 10,000: JPY 100 per person per night. JPY 10,000 to less than JPY 30,000: JPY 200 per person per night. JPY 30,000 or more: JPY 300 per person per night.
