Excellent accommodation

Guests for 4 nights, my wife and I found it to be an excellent accommodation. The apartment, near the Duino Castle, was very spacious, fully equipped, with plenty of space in the closets, and well-maintained in terms of order and cleanliness. The building is in a green and quiet area; convenient parking for cars is available both in the private garden and on the nearby public street. The host, very courteous and helpful, took care to provide us with a lot of information about things to do and see in the area, which was very useful during our stay.

Excellent stay!

Newly renovated apartment building near the sea in a quiet little village, perfect for a couple of days! We had a spotlessly clean two bedroom apartment on the second floor, well equipped, with all the amenities. Staff were courteous too. Highly recommended!

Short stay in Duino

We stayed at Villa Susy for 2 nights after we traveled through Slovenia in August. The apartment was well equipped, clean & tidy. In my point of view this apartment is a good value for money. The surrounding is amazing, we walked the Rilke path to a little beach close to the cliffs and had brilliant afternoon.

Modern building but no heart !

Modern building but no heart !
This is a house with several apartments to rent and own parking places. Modern building. The rooms are clean and equipped with new furniture but they are cheap and not cosy. The rooms are quiet. The house equipment like dish and cutlery are not generously provided. The property owner advices that you should NOT control the air-condition by yourself but from a central control (not available for adjustment). The provided (included) Wi-Fi is not stable. IOS machines have to be logged in every time again! This is not very practical. There is no view over the village from most of the apartments. Maybe the upper apartments do have a view, but this is certainly not the main description of the villa.
The only few receptionpersonal do speak english!

Great place to stay in alwways lovely Duino

quiet and a little remote place in Duino, nicely cool the studio in the basement, fridge wasn't really clean - this is why one star less than optimum .... friendly owner and cleaning stuff for chating at the terrrasse after time to leave ...
