Prime location

Absolutely fabulous room spacious, clean with very comfy beds, very helpful and friendly staff.
Prime location. Great value for money.
Would highly recommend this property.

Too expensive for what it is

299 euro a room for what is essentially a hostel type accommodation is excessive. No lobby, no breakfast, no bar.
There are plenty better value options available

Thank you for taking the time to share your review. We’re glad to hear that you found your room clean, but we’re genuinely sorry that you felt your stay didn't offer good value for money.
We wanted to gently clarify that we do have a lobby area available for our guests. However, we operate as a modern, boutique hotel designed for guests who want clean, comfortable, and independent accommodation right in the centre of town. Because of this model, we don’t offer traditional full-service facilities like a bar, or breakfast room.
Prices in Dingle do fluctuate depending on the season and local demand, but we always aim to offer fair, competitive pricing for our central location and freshly updated rooms. That said, we truly appreciate your feedback regarding the guest experience and room feel, as it helps us continually review and improve what we offer.

Good location, average experience

Clean, excellent location. They charge for coffee even when the coffeemaker in the room doesn’t work. Hairdryer didn’t work. Towels are paper thin. No breakfast or food. basic, sparse room.

We just wanted to gently clear up a couple of quick things! All of our in-room coffee pods are completely free for guests to enjoy, and our appliances—including the hairdryer and coffee machine—are in working order (our team is always happy to help if a quick reset is ever needed during a stay).
We also really appreciate your notes on the towels and room decor. As a room-only property, we aim to provide simple, clean, and functional spaces, but guest feedback is super helpful as we look for ways to make our rooms even more comfortable.

Staff was horrible

The room was roomy and clean. Convenient to the small town of Dingle. My first impression did leave a negative feeling nd I won’t be returning. The male staff member was sitting in the reception area with a female talking… we never saw him at first arrival but rang the bell. He eventually got up to check us in.. he was less then enthusiastic and seemed annoyed. We asked for suggestions on food options… he sent us to 3 places… two were closed on those days (every week same days) and by the time we arrived at the third location it was too late. Customer service is a vital part of a business and will affect an opinion quicker then the majority of features.
