The hotel is comfortable if the husband is still vacation must stay in the horizon because comfortable deck with ceramics or downtown also if the horizon always meet mas fauzi thank you mas fauzi the best attitude

Great hospitality

The service was excellent. The receptionist and all the staff were friendly and welcoming. The breakfast never disappoints,it's always delicious and offers a great variety of choices. So sad that the ice cream machine is no longer available, as it was one of the things my kids looked forward to the most. The room was clean, neat, and smelled fresh. This hotel will always be my first choice whenever I visit Gresik.

The hotel is very nice, the service is okay + friendly bgtttt, the reception is clear and beautiful, the chef is friendly bgtt and the dish is very detailed bgt, clean, hygienic, mas mas and mba mba his friendly once, the first time in the hotel horizon directly welcomed friendly with a beautiful smile of the employees, recommend bgt basic mah♥️

Bad experience

I would like to share my experience during my stay at your hotel.
I arrived at the hotel at 12:00 PM and asked the receptionist if early check-in was possible. I was informed that check-in time is at 2:00 PM, so I waited as instructed. However, I was surprised to see other guests, who arrived after me, being allowed to check in early. When I raised my concern, I was then given a room.
Upon entering the room, I found the sofa to be in very poor condition, which was unacceptable. I had to request a room change as a result.
I would like to emphasize that all guests should be treated equally and fairly, without any form of discrimination. I hope you take this feedback seriously and ensure better service in the future.
