Complete dissatisfied
From my side charges of this room is not more than 700..parking is on road side this is very risky to park the car on road side.charging plugs not working.full smell of cigrate and guttkaa.this is not a hotel it's a gutka factory.

WORST EXPERIENCE OF LIFETIME…
Didn’t understand why are they running this property …
WhOle hotel is under renovation and stinking badly…
The worst staff and management i have seen in my life…
They should just shut the complete property…

Sukhsagar: Perfect view & away from the hustle of the mall road
What I absolutely loved:
1. It is located very far away from the main city making it even more beautiful. The view from the balcony is breathtaking.
2. I loved the hotel staff, they greeted us very nicely when we visited, held our bags and were very sweet to us.
3. They have a capsule lift which is rare in Shimla, I found it very attractive.
4. Our room was very spacious, it had a balcony and warm water was available at any time.
What I did not like?
1. As it is located in a remote location, every time you have to visit the main mall road you have to take a cab which will charge you a lot. But the hotel staff is sweet enough to arrange for a cab at any time.
2. The food quality could be improved, as I am a restaurant owner myself, I am very specific about food.
Conclusion: You should book Sukhsagar without even thinking twice if you don't like traffic & want some peace. I would recommend this place for couples.
