Very helpful

I stayed here two nights. each time they helped me store my backpack etc. The second time I had a standard room, which is much better than the simple room I had first time. Bed feels cheap, though. Breakfast is simple but delicious. They might not be the most resourceful hotel, but they helped whenever they could

Facilities are old but well cleaned and comfortable to stay

It is slightly off the center of George Town, but still about a 10-minute walk. The building is old but the rooms are neatly cleaned and reasonably comfortable.

Horrible service, they gave away my room with extreme rudeness

I reseverved the room online at their website. Got an email saying they would send me a form to send in my credit card payment. I never got the form so 2 weeks before the reservation I personally called and reminded them. Again no form sent. Finally the day before I called to double check the room was ready.... of course they had given it up.
At least they admitted to knowing about my reservation but they didn't do any thing to help.
There are lots of nice hotels in GT so I just dropped this one and went to another one.

Decent Hotel

This hotel is ideally located about 10 minutes walk from starbroek market, it is located in a relatively quiet location, however, during the weekend there is a bar nearby that hosts a party, the music did not bother me. The hotel offers a basic breakfast, the rooms are well kept and clean, there is daily housekeeping, the shower has hot water, the staff is friendly and helpful and the hotel is clean and relatively new, the rooms are equipped with a safe, microwave and refrigerator.

For the rich

I think that the food there was amazing, it was gormay level and the beds we're always clean and janitors always come in the room and ask me, do you need your room to be cleaned or sweeper? I'd say yes or no.
