Villa DIMITRA is a two storey house with a private swimming pool and a plot of land. Built with the traditional element of stone, with unobstructed view, it looks out to the endless blue of the Cretan Sea and the wider area of ​​Chania. Surrounded by green grass on its private plot, it offers unique moments of peace, relaxation, freedom and privacy for you and your family or friends. It is a two storey, comfortable, bright villa of 200 sqm, from the 100 sqm floor with an internal staircase that can accommodate a total of up to 13 people. Each floor has a living room with fireplace, bathoms, bedrooms and kitchen - the villa has 2 kitchens. Specifically: The ground floor has a living room with a three-seater sofa bed, fireplace, 2 bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen, 2 independent rooms (one with double bed and the other with 2 single beds) and a semi-detached room (twin beds) . Even a smaller balcony of one of the two bedrooms, overlooks the green olive trees surrounding the villa. The villa has central heating and cooling / heating air conditioning throughout. All rooms have wardrobes and all beds have anatomic and comfortable mattresses. The private pool is 8m x 4m and 2m deep and is surrounded by lush green grass. The villa does not have a children's pool.
