Paradise

Rented a Condo here and loved it!! It is very quite- they have rules about noise after 10. They have two pools and access to the beach. Parking for two vehicles only . Everything is clean and nothing in disrepair. Absolutely love this place.

Nice but could be better.

We rented Lighthouse Point, unit 16B. It was clean and had pretty good view of the ocean. But the beds were hard and squeaky with thin sheets and bedspreads. The water smelled bad at first but got better after a few minutes. We could hear the people above us walking across the floor. The AC went out after hours but Tybee Beach Vacation Rentals took care of it immediately. The unit needs some updating.

Tybee Vacation Rentals&25A Need Work

Will never rent from Tybee Vacation Rentals again. Poor management. Septic issues-sewer gas smell inside guest bathroom permeated condo. Pictures and description do not match what we got. Community was not gated. Pictures missing off wall. Missing device to make tv work. Rental company did not try improve accommodations. Was told to let water run it was not an emergency. Sent their guy next am for 5 minutes. He said plumber would be called and the rental company would be contacting us. Hours passed. No call. We had to shower with drain plugged and brushed teeth with bottled water as we had excursions booked we had to get to. Not impressed with unit and not impressed with the rental company. However, best steak was Sundae Cafe on Tybee Island. Sunrises were awesome!

Quiet, Affordable, and Perfect Views

This complex is well suited for families, and others. The access to the beach for am and pm walks cannot be beat. 2 beds and 2 baths gives plenty of space and decks on each level provide beach and boat views. Download a map of complex to determine which view you would enjoy and choose an updated unit.

Amazing time at 25C Lighthouse Point

The view is amazing! We have visited Tybee for 20 years and never seen a view like this. The condo was also very stylish. It made me really comfortable to have a nice kitchen, laundry, living room just like home. We are booking this one again right now.
