This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Please inform Apartamentos Port of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests will receive a rental agreement which must be signed and returned to the property prior to arrival. If guests don't receive the agreement on time, they should contact the property management company at the number on the booking confirmation. A damage deposit of EUR 200 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Entry into the apartment will be carried out autonomously, based on a code system. These codes will be issued on the day of arrival, and once guest registration has been successfully completed. If 2 rooms are booked, specific information will be requested from guests, in addition to the reasons for travel, in order to assess their acceptance. It is necessary to contact Apartamentos Port to inform the time of arrival at the apartments. Entry to the apartment is guaranteed from 16:00 (contact us to try to make the schedule more flexible). On the day of your arrival, a deposit of EUR 200 per reserved apartment will be requested. This amount will be refunded after your departure, when we verify that the apartment has been left in the same conditions in which you found it, and provided that the coexistence rules have been met. You must respect the apartment, its furniture and equipment, etc. The property will only accommodate the number of guests specified in the booking confirmation. If the company is contacted by the police or the neighborhood community, due to noise and scandals, you must leave the apartment, losing the rent as well as the deposit deposited at the entrance. Please note that visitors are not permitted at the property. Please note that this property does not allow illegal activities. Please note that for group bookings, a prepayment of EUR 2,000 is required per apartment. For stays of less than 10 nights, different policies and additional supplements may apply. For stays of more than 11 nights, different policies and additional supplements may apply. Please note that all guests need to provide a valid identification document.
