This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Bed linens and towels are not included in the room rate. Guests can rent them at the property for an additional charge of EUR 12 per person or bring their own. Please inform Sol y Luna of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Payment before arrival by bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. Guests will receive a rental agreement which must be signed and returned to the property prior to arrival. If guests don't receive the agreement on time, they should contact the property management company at the number on the booking confirmation. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A damage deposit of EUR 500 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via bank transfer, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that bed linen and towels are included. Please note that for long term bookings (28 days or more) there are special prices, therefore extra charges apply, such as Wifi, water, gas and electricity according to consumption. Electricity: 150kWh are included per week.
