Chamerende sted

Hyggeligt lille sted, midt ude i skoven. Selv-indcheckning fungerede fint. Vi benyttede det lille fælles køkken, til let tilberedning af medbragt mad. Fungerede fint. Stedet ligger godt forbundet til himmelbjergsruten.
Værelset var rent og pænt.

Tough communication

We held a 60th birthday party at Borgdal for 50 people. The food was good, and it was covered fine, but we have experienced a very rigid communication and have an experience that money is twisted out of everything.
We bought an extended bar with and without alcohol and chose Irish coffee - but 2 guests who just wanted the coffee couldn't get it because we hadn't ordered coffee - only Irish coffee.
This is just one example out of several not very friendly and service-minded experiences.
Sound level: We were 50 guests which gave a very high sound level. Pay attention to the acoustics of the room depending on the type of party and participants.
Sitting back a little disappointed.

Urealistisk høj regning

Vi holdt konfirmation hos Borgdal selskaber. Dejlige omgivelser, omgik mad og venlig betjening. Ventede dog 2 timer på hovedretten. Hovedretten var kun - ikke varm.
Da regningen skulle betales havde 46 personer (13 under 18 år og 12 pensionister) drukket ca 250 sodavand/limonade, 25 flasker vin. Halvdelen skulle køre, og ingen var fulde. Undrede mig over regningen, og fik krediteret 30 sodavand som personalet havde drukket. Jeg synes fortsat regningen er ekstrem høj, men ikke mere afslag. Heller ikke på de 1000kr der er lagt til fordi vi ryddede op fra kl 20 til 20.30.
Min anbefaling er…. Få en fast pris.
