Lovely hostel

The staff at the hostel were lovely and very accommodating! The hostel is currently having some work done so there wasn't much of a kitchen however it isn't their fault as I see it as a good thing that they're doing the hostel up! I bet it will look lovely once the work is completed. On the day we were meant to check out we were unable to get the earlier train so our next one wasn't until 9pm. We didn't have much hope but asked the ladies if we could leave our bags with them a little longer. To our delight they said we could come and go for the day and use their balcony and facilities until we need to get our train. We really appreciated this and it made things a lot less stressful for us. It also gave us the chance to sit down and make some plans for the next few days of our travels which we haven't had much time to do. We also briefly met the manager I presume who seemed really friendly! Also to add, the hostel is in a really good location, you've got plenty of shops and places to grab food. Thanks again!

Best place to stay in Split

A truly wonderful place to stay. The location is fantastic, bang in the center, only minutes walk from the Palace, the market, the promenade and literally everything else. Even the beach is just 10 min. walk. The old building is magical as is the view from every window and especially the balcony over the old town streets and rooftops. The beds are super comfortable with clean, cotton sheets and towels in air-conditioned rooms. I never slept so well! The amenities are clean and in good order with a fully equipped kitchen and nice bathrooms with good showers. The host (Marco) is really helpful and friendly and sweet. His recommendations on where to eat or what to do are sound. I was not disappointed at all. Furthermore the atmosphere is great. It was a pleasure staying here for 5 nights. I felt so at home, I didn't want to leave anymore.

Located in the Palace of Diocletian

I had an excellent stay at this hostel. I stayed for 2 nights, 1 in a dorm and 1 in their double-bed apartment with its own bathroom.
The dorm: beds each had their own power outlet for charging things, and there was excellent WiFi. The dorm bed mattresses were exceptionally comfortable. There were also lockers for each person (you need to provide your own lock). There was an air conditioner for the room. The shared bathroom (1 for men, 1 for women) was clean.
The apartment: a truly exceptional value! The double bed was very comfortable and the apartment came with its own bathroom, which I hadn’t expected it was a very nice treat!
While the location (in the historic palace of Diocletian area of Split) provides excellent access to tourist sights and activities, there is a lot of ambient noise from restaurants and bars in the area. Closing the dorm windows and using the aircon cut down on this, but if you are a light sleeper you may want earplugs.

Great Stay!

Such an awesome location right in the middle of old town, very friendly staff & good facilities. Thank you very much for making our stay in split so great :)
We would definitely stay here again and recommend our friends to stay here on their travels!

Incredible Location!

Right in the centre of old town - the location really couldn't be any better! Lovely staff who had brilliant recommendations for food, trips, transport, beaches.. anything you could want really! Rooms, bathrooms and social areas are clean. Large locker with lock included in the room and each bed was large for a hostel, with reading light and power socket. Linen and towels included. Also there was an individual cubicle shower with a lock... amazing! Location was the best benefit however.
