Perfect stay

I loved my stay! Both the room and the bathroom are spacious and very comfortable. Bed, pillows and sheets are pretty nice. Beautiful design. Well equiped room and bathroom. Ritual amenities are the cherry on top. Breakfast and other meals were great. The staff is awesome! Very kind, friendly and willing to serve. Shout out to Angela!

Excellent

This is the new hotel very clean and tidy. The hotel is in a great location across the road from the shopping mall and close to old town all the stuff from housekeeping to reception the breakfast restaurant are very friendly and the food was great.
A special thank you to Antonella at the reception as she was so friendly and helpful. My wife actually liked a peice jewellery she had and without hesitation she gave the details of where she purchased it from which was so nice.
Definitely stay here again on my next visit

Great hotel, although away from the center

Stayed one night at this hotel. After spending four days in a hotel next to the beach in Dubrovnik I recognize that when I arrived at this hotel I got a bit low because it is located in a slightly aesthetically ugly area (I don't talk about security). However the hotel is modern, clean and very nice. It has parking at fifteen euros a day, where we left the car, but then we realized that we could have left it on the street because it is a long avenue and it is not difficult to find room.
We were very friendly at all times, both at reception and at breakfast. For lack of time we did not use the spa (although it included its use for free and for 45 minutes privately), nor did its rooftop where we had included two coffees and some croissants.
They gave us a superior room to the one we had booked at no cost. It had a suitable size, with a good bed, a sofa that seemed to transform into a bed as well, desk, minibar, side table and a good wardrobe, plus TV.
I loved the bathroom, it had natural light and was huge. The huge shower, the sink too, all clean. Fluffy and pleasant towels and amenities of the Rituals brand.
Breakfast very well too, with a little everything and there was a small menu where you could choose from several dishes.
The only catch for me is that it is about ten minutes drive from the center of Split and once there you must leave it in a parking lot, with the cost of this plus the cost of the hotel parking. Just opposite the hotel there is a pretty big shopping center that can get you out of a rush for dinner if you don't feel like going back to the center, we dined at a restaurant called Level very nice and nice. The rest of the restaurants don't have much interest.
All in all, the hotel itself very well, modern, clean, with an elegant urban touch and well served. We didn’t mind having to drive downtown, but it can be a disadvantage in certain circumstances.

Excellent hotel. I plan to return. I recommend it!
The quality of the building is very good.
The room we had (junior suite) was well laid out. The bathroom was very nice. Only downside was that it did not have a bathtub; it was a shower only. But it was a nice shower. There is a hot tub and sauna that is bookable. We did that and enjoyed it.
The staff are very professional and nice. They speak fluent English. In particular, I want to give recognition to the hard working Diana in the restaurant. The breakfasts every day were very helpful. Plenty of options. We always ate a big breakfast to fuel our long days of Croatia exploration.
There is a rooftop cafe!
The only downside of this hotel is its location. It is fine and I have no problem with it. However, it is not "walkable" for some people. For me, no problem. We walked to Diocletian's Palace in about 20 -- 25 minutes. There are two short turns and then a main street takes you directly to the old part of the city. The advantage of the hotel location is also that it's easy to take a car into town or out of town. It's a ~$10 Uber ride to the ferry or Palace. It's also easy to get onto the road and towards places outside of Split, like the Fortress or onwards to Trogir, etc. Overall, I actually think the location is decent. One side of the hotel faces a busy road, so perhaps choose the other side if that's an issue for you. We faced the road but found it to be quiet at night.
Overall, this was a very positive experience!

Good location with a shopping mall across . It’s about one mile from Old City. Close to public buses that go to Togir .
The hotel has a great breakfast that includes menu items .
We stayed in a junior suit which had a nice living room with a couch . Overall great place !
