Amazing

Our stay at Seafront Villas was absolutely amazing. We were a party of 10, including 6 adults and 4 children, and the villa worked perfectly for us with plenty of space and well-designed rooms and some sea views.
The children were completely entertained throughout our stay with fantastic facilities including an air hockey machine, trampoline, arcade car game, ping pong table, and an incredible pool with a slide — they were truly in their element! For the adults, the villa had everything we could ask for too, including a bar, hot tub, and sauna. We even received complimentary massages, which was a lovely extra bonus and made our stay feel even more special.
The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and quick to respond to any issues or questions we had especially Alisa — we genuinely couldn’t fault them.
The location is perfect, right on Fig Tree Bay with one of the most beautiful beaches. The crystal-clear water was stunning, and being so close to the beach made the stay even more special. It was also within easy reach of shops, restaurants, and all the local amenities.
We had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend Seafront Villas to anyone looking for a relaxing and fun family getaway.

A fine place to stay in Protaras.

We have enjoyed our stay at Seafront Protaras. Alisa provided good instructions for finding it, the location was dandy - about 100 m from the sea, with good amenities and thoughtful touches. Among these provisions were lots of drinking water, washing liquids and powders, paper towels, lots of toilet paper, a small bottle dessert wine, and a bbq with briquettes .There was a great balcony facing the sea and another with a hot tub on the back. I definitely would recommend this place if you’re coming to stay in Protaras.

Just Perfect.

Excellent place with all amenities that are needed for a pleasant stay. Near the tourist area of Protaras and next to the sea front.

Amazing time in protaras

We come out here for my beautiful sister in laws hen do and the place was amazing, we stayed in villa 10 which was so close to everything the beach was right there and protaras strip was right on top of you too as well as supermarkets and shops and ayia napa was around a 15/20 min taxi ride we couldn’t have asked for a better location we all had such an amazing time, villa was perfect the only downfall would be there wasn’t enough sun beds for how many it sleeps there was only 13 of us but there wasn’t enough sun beds but we made do, would defo love to come back.
