Highly Recommended! Family holiday
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Highly Recommended!
This was our third time staying at this hotel, and every year we have noticed major improvements and continuous investment. This time, we brought our parents with us and spent a wonderful week here, booking three rooms for our family.
Words cannot describe how comfortable and welcomed we felt. The swimming pool is exceptionally well maintained, and you can really see that this is a family-run business, with the owners and staff genuinely caring about their guests. On behalf of my entire family, I would like to thank them for their outstanding hospitality.
A special thank you to the gentleman at the bar, who stayed with us until the early hours of the morning so we could watch the Football World Cup matches together. His kindness and friendliness made our stay even more memorable.
The location is perfect, within walking distance of the beach, shops, cafés, and the city centre. The 24/7 reception provides extra comfort and a great sense of security at all times.
We truly had an unforgettable holiday and will definitely be coming back. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for excellent service, a warm atmosphere, and people who genuinely put their heart into what they do.

Hotel near the airport, good cost benefit
I only stayed overnight to board the next day. It is a simple hotel, but with a good shower, good bed and suitable bedding and bath. Spacious room with place to put the suitcase and a balcony for the pool, no carpet, which is great. Large bathroom with outdoor ventilation. The breakfast was suitable with Greek yogurt, olives and regional cheese. Coffee is also good, bread, eggs, salad and delicious cucumbers.
There is a bus from the airport that leaves nearby. It is good to know exactly which stop is appropriate in advance. Gentle staff
What I didn’t like was the price of a sandwich in the hotel 14 euros for something very simple. I paid without complaining, I was exhausted to get out, but it was absurd.

Cozy corner in the centre of Larnaca
Excellent hotel, cozy, clean, cleaning rooms every day, delicious and hearty breakfasts (tomatoes, pickles, hams, cheese, pancakes, muesli, sausages, coffee, tea, toast, eggs, etc.), staff very friendly and fun, hosts themselves sit at the reception, always help and go to the meeting, all in walking distance: sea, beaches, bus stop, recommend

Basic stay
Not the cleanest hotel but quite good for value! No fridge or soaps in the room, quite basic! Hotel staff couldnt guide us to where the hotel was exactly nor they spoke greek! Just basic english!

Like a little Oasis!
Arrived at the hotel after walking from bus stop in larnaca town centre, which was about 20/25 minutes. Welcomed by a friendly lady on reception, after giving our details we went up to our room. The room was spacious with a balcony which had table and chairs, nice to sit out on it. The en-suite had a nice sized shower. Both were very clean. If you’re someone who likes a cup of tea/ coffee be aware that they don’t provide a kettle or cups. You can rent a fridge for 5 euros a day. The beds were made and the bins were emptied every day of our stay. Breakfast was included in the price. It was a continental buffet with a good selection of food. They have a lovely swimming pool and if you don’t have a towel you can buy one. They also have a restaurant where they do lunch. The bar also has a good selection of cocktails and I think every drink you could want, although I’d recommend a nice large bottle of the local beer Keo, after a strenuous day round the pool.The hotel is only a short walk from the seafront and numerous restaurants, also McKenzie beach is a 10/15 minute walk, where there are more restaurants and bars. The Cactus Hotel was a warm , friendly place and will be happy to revisit and recommend.
