All impeccable

The experience was excellent from beginning to end! The hotel structure is very good, from bed to gym!

Excellent Staff

I had an excellent stay at Delville Hotel in Brazil. What stood out the most, however, was the outstanding team in the breakfast area, as well as during lunch and dinner service. The staff were extremely attentive, careful, and professional at all times. They consistently went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect.
I especially appreciated how helpful they were with my dietary restrictions, including providing gluten-free options and making sure I was well taken care of. Their kindness, generosity, and genuine friendliness made a real difference every single day.
Everyone was warm, welcoming, and always happy to help. Delville Hotel is very lucky to have such an exceptional team. I highly recommend staying here.

Stay in Cuiabá

The hotel was professionally maintained with a very attentive staff answering any questions you may have. I was a traveler from the US and they were patient with the communication difference. The rooms were extremely clean. Fresh towels daily, option to have sheets washed daily, plenty of light.
Aldemo was amazing staff member. We had dinner at the hotel restaurant and helped recommend dish option substitutes. His recommendations were fantastic. I will be back to have the risotto.

Great hotel with excellent breakfast, pleasant and helpful staff!
Adelmo was extremely helpful and polite to us during our whole stay.
There is nothing like the warmth of the Brazilians!
