A well located hotel
Hotel well located, near Afonso street, hippie fair, Municipal market, shopping center. Suitable rooms, and comfortable.
During our stay that extended from 30/12 to 04/01/2026, we faced some problems... of the 3 elevators only 1 was working and this took a long time, which forced us to use the stairs preferably. The air conditioning of the rooms cooled very little, we need requests the presence of the maintenance, which improved, but did not resolve at all, but at least became cooler the room. On the night of 01/01 we requested room service, and we were advised that the menu was reduced, with only the most expensive options.
NONE OF THESE INCOMODES HAVE ENTRYED OUR HOSTEL. THE TEAM IS VERY ATTENTIVE AND TRIED TO SOLVE ALL THE QUESTIONS IN THE BEST POSSIBLE WAY.

Beware of the taxi blow
The hotel is well located, has relatively spacious rooms and a good recreation area, with pool, gym and other amenities. Breakfast is one of the highlights, with a wide variety of options and plenty of abundance. In addition, most of the staff was very friendly and helpful during the stay.
As a negative point, the room in front of the bus stops suffers with a lot of noise early in the morning, which can bother those who have light sleep.
However, the biggest disappointment occurred at the checkout. The day before, we were informed that we could request a taxi at the reception. However, when we did this at the time of departure, they said it was impossible and the concierge called a driver who he said was trustworthy. The problem is that this taxi driver charged about three times the normal price of the race. Before we left, the driver even handed money over to the concierge, which raised a strong suspicion that there was some kind of agreement between them at the expense of the guests. It was an extremely unpleasant experience that ended up damaging the overall impression of the accommodation. I recommend that if you need transportation, use apps or request a taxi on your own.

Noisy
Hotel located in the centre of BH, spacious room, clean, good bathroom and shower, breakfast ok! Hotel parking costs R$40.00 per day and is in another street does not have access to the hotel. Located in front of the church the bell begins to ring at 6h for those who like to sleep is not very cool. On Sundays there is the Ripe fair in the street of the hotel which is closed you can not access the hotel by car and if you have to check in or checkout on that day you will have to walk with your luggage through the street to the parking lot and they begin to assemble this fair on Saturday night.

Hotel with acoustic challenge
The hotel offered me as positive points: geographical location, good staff and a good breakfast. The hotel offered me as a negative point: excessive noise, both on the outside, but mostly on the inside, elevator very noisy, enough to disturb yes sleep, especially if you stay in a room in front of the elevator, as I stayed. Bring earbuds to sleep.

It was disappointing
Hotel with broken elevators, a lot of noise, no access to people with difficulty, I don't know how it can exist in both of today.
