loved, the reception staff was helpful and the hotel was thought through and welcoming
We stayed over the course of the weekend and we really enjoyed every minute of it. The hotel provides many facilities, for example: two types of saunas, a pool area and a very well-equipped gym.
Furthermore, the hotel was very well situated and the distance from the hotel to the slope was only about 3 minutes.
The hotel's breakfast was one of the many things that made our stay even more pleasant. The food was adapted for locals and we found the dining area calm, clean and organised.
Additionally, the rooms were renovated and the entire place was visibly polished and smelled very nice.
Most importantly, the reception staff was very kind. I actually left my pencil case in the room we stayed at and we sent a message to the hotel and they replied with being more than happy to send us the pencil case. That we did not expect and we were very excited to hear that they found it and that they even shipped it to us.
We really appreciated this hotel's services.

Most uncooperative reception in long , male and female!
There are only bathrobes in one standard size !

Im not recommended
The breakfast is very basic and the food is of poor quality.
The pillows are very bad.
The soundproofing is very poor.
Honestly, I don't understand those who write good reviews and admire a delicious breakfast. Or was it the first time these people stayed at a hotel?
The hotel is not comfortable, very simple furniture, it seems that they have gathered all the furniture that they found and put in, as it happens. Hotel management, invite a good designer, make the hotel and especially the restaurant cozier
It was very surprising that the room had no hairdryer, no shampoo and conditioner, no slippers and no bathrobe. If it's a spa hotel, why do you have to run to the front desk to get a bathrobe? Why aren't there simple slippers in the room? What's this substandard three-in-one liquid in the shower?
The bathroom is very small.
The cushions are terrible quality! Buy normal pillows!!!! These super soft pillows are impossible to sleep on.

Bonus - The hotel has a sauna and a small swimming pool. But you can't call it a spa. It's just a swimming pool and a little sauna where there's always a lot of people. And be prepared that almost everyone is naked. If you want to visit the sauna, prepare to sit with strangers naked. I wasn't sitting, I was leaving right away, I don't like looking at other people's genitals.
Breakfast is very simple. Eggs, vegetables and low quality cheese and sausage.
Who makes waffles? They're terrible... I've never eaten such bad waffles...
This hotel is definitely not worth the money they paid for it.
