Wonderful Lermooser

Well what a lovely surprise. We arrived after a very long drive from the Netherlands and it was raining hard. So tired, hungry and wet! We were greeted by Johann who showed us round and the accommodation was just lovely. Clean, quiet, great views, away from the main drag, but in walking distance. We had the attic room with a super view, no matter the low cloud early evening, comfy bed with lots of space too despite the pitched roof. By dawn it was clear and the zugspitze was evident. Breakfast was great too with 3 hours to enjoy it, so no rush and hot and cold fayre. We checked out and enjoyed the day hiking before leaving town, but wherever we went towards the mountains, we could see the copper roof of Lermooser. A definite return to place and a great value for money.

A very special place to feel at home!
Das Lermooser is no ordinary bed & breakfast. It is a beautiful old train station building converted with an incredible amount of attention to detail. The modern, minimalist design thrilled us immediately – everything is designed so tastefully and harmoniously that we felt very comfortable from the first moment. We could easily have stayed longer than three days!
We found the rooms to be spacious, modern, and beautifully furnished. We were huge fans of the incredibly great communal kitchen. Cooking is just fun here! And if you don't feel like cooking something yourself after a late arrival or a long day, there are always delicious homemade offerings like Bolognese or cheese dumplings.
We were also incredibly enthusiastic about the breakfast. It hit our taste exactly and was simply wonderfully prepared: fresh fruit, yogurt, fantastic coffee, homemade cake, and generally everything you could wish for a really good start to the day.
The location is also perfect. Next time we would probably arrive by train, because you practically fall right out of the train into the house. And don't worry: Despite the location at the train station, we had absolutely no problems with train noise – there simply aren't enough trains passing by for that.
Beautiful trails start right outside the door, including the activity mile with a calisthenics course for the athletic among us, and wonderful panoramic hiking trails are also quickly accessible. The panoramic outdoor pool is just a stone's throw away on foot, as is an indoor pool in a nearby hotel.
For us, Das Lermooser is a place that we can truly recommend without reservation. Stylish, well-thought-out, uncomplicated, and with so many great possibilities right outside the door. We felt completely at home and would love to come back!

A few unforgettable days in the Lermooser

A few days at the Lermooser. Here we could simply ‘be’ - tasteful ambience, rooms - stylish in detail, functional!
Enjoyable cooking experiences on the ‘block’ - try, toast, laugh.
Cozy waiting room - light, colors, fireplace, harmonious - cosiness.
Have time for each other - playing cards, laughing, over each other - together.
Terrace, panoramic view - Zugspitze, hiking, skiing, soaking up everything - experience together.
Rich breakfast - regional, organic, fresh - very special!
In the evening a drink from the self-service - like at home.
Reflection, family, friends, solo travelers - among like-minded people.
At the Lermooser - stylish, authentic, hotel & kiosk - to feel good and come back - by Johann with his friendly team ☀️ mARTina

Wonderful stay in a unique and cozy place

What a lovely place! A small and modern hotel in a nicely converted train station. The rooms are comfortable, with plenty of space and a private kitchen that has really been thought of everywhere if you want to cook yourself.
There is no dinner, but we did not find that a problem. The common area is cozy and cozy, a nice place to sit together.
The host is incredibly friendly and welcoming. Beautiful views and ideally located: next to the station and within walking distance of the village and the slopes.
We were here with two families and felt right at home. Highly recommended.

All top!

Everything is just right here!
Very lovingly designed and run bed and breakfast.
Ideal for an uncomplicated feel-good holiday with very nice hosts. Great is the communal kitchen and the great kiosk offering with very good and very fair priced products (the homemade Bolognese sauce is very delicious). The breakfast/lounge invites you to linger comfortably. And the espresso is great ....
