We would have liked to stay

Very attentive, thoughtfully designed spacious studio with high-quality materials. Inspiring atmosphere, impeccably clean. Great coffee in the room, l'Occitane products in the bathroom, very good mattresses. In the heart of the city and very close to the waterfront promenade. Cafes, restaurants, museums, festival hall - everything is quickly accessible on foot. Great thing: Honesty bar based on trust. You feel taken seriously there. Friendly people, hassle-free processing. If we had had time, we would have stayed. Unreserved recommendation.

A lot of design and little service

Our room was small, cold, and uncomfortable – despite the heating, we were constantly freezing. When we checked in, the toilet was not cleaned. The bowl looked as if someone had poured coffee into it (I hope it was coffee...) Definitely a no-go. In the design bathroom, there was a lack of usable shelf space, and the towel dryer could not be turned on. So it was cold here as well. Additionally, I sorely missed body lotion, which I had expected after the announcement of care products.
We had rented the parking garage and could hardly find it. Since the street was closed right in front of it, we had to navigate through several backyards to reach the entrance. The small sign on the garage is hardly visible in the dark and in the rain. A notification from the hotel about the closed street and the changed access would have been helpful.
Overall, the hotel is quite nice and the location is convenient, but we missed having a human contact person and did not feel completely comfortable.

Vielen Dank, dass Sie sich die Zeit für so ausführliches Feedback genommen haben. Es freut uns, dass Ihnen unser Design und unsere zentrale Lage gefallen haben – umso mehr bedauern wir, dass Ihr Aufenthalt nicht in allen Punkten Ihren Erwartungen entsprochen hat.
Gerade die kurzfristige Straßensperre vor unserer Tiefgarage war auch für uns überraschend, da wir von den Arbeiten der Stadt leider im Vorfeld nicht informiert wurden. Wir verstehen absolut, wie mühsam die Anfahrt bei Dunkelheit und Regen dadurch gewesen sein muss. Den Hinweis zur Beschilderung und zur Kommunikation nehmen wir sehr ernst und werden hier künftig noch besser informieren.
Besonders wichtig ist uns auch das Thema Sauberkeit. Deshalb hat uns Ihre Rückmeldung zur Toilette sehr überrascht, da jedes Studio vor Anreise mehrfach kontrolliert und zusätzlich von unserer Gouvernante abgenommen wird. Dass dennoch dieser Eindruck entstanden ist, entspricht selbstverständlich nicht unserem Anspruch. Wir werden dem intern nochmals genau nachgehen.
studio 17 ist bewusst ein sehr digitales und ruhiges Hotelkonzept – gleichzeitig möchten wir aber trotzdem persönliche Gastgeber sein. Schade, dass dieses Gefühl bei Ihrem Aufenthalt zu wenig angekommen ist.
Vielen Dank nochmals für Ihre offenen Worte. Rückmeldungen wie diese helfen uns, besser zu werden.

Very clean and nice place - highly recommended:)

Very great room, stylish and decorated with beautiful details. You have everything you need. Centrally located and one of the cleanest hotels I've ever stayed in. Can only absolutely recommend!

It's all good!

We stayed (unfortunately) only for one night in Studio 17 as we had booked it for a stopover on our bike tour. The welcome was very warm. Also the room met our expectations very much. The location of the hotel was ideal for our needs.

Es freut uns sehr, dass ihr euch im studio 17 wohlgefühlt habt. Gerade wenn man auf einer Velotour unterwegs ist, sind entspannte Nächte und ein unkomplizierter Aufenthalt besonders wichtig.
Umso schöner, dass wir eure Erwartungen erfüllen konnten – auch wenn es leider nur für eine Nacht war. Vielleicht führt euch eure nächste Tour ja wieder an den Bodensee zurück. Wir würden uns sehr freuen, euch erneut bei uns begrüßen zu dürfen.

Loving

Lovingly furnished hotel. My room had a small kitchenette and a large bathroom. The bed was good and the check-in was uncomplicated. There is a Honesty Bar in the lobby that leaves nothing to be desired. Everything from vegan stews to cocktails available. The location is perfect, at the train station yet quiet and just two steps to the city center. I will definitely come back.

Wie schön zu lesen, dass du den Studio-17-Vibe gespürt hast – vom liebevoll designten Zimmer mit Kochnische und großem Bad bis zum entspannten Check-in. Dass Bett und Ruhe gepasst haben, freut uns besonders.
Unsere Honesty Bar lebt genau von dieser Vielfalt: veganer Eintopf, Cocktail, alles da – unkompliziert und auf Augenhöhe. Und ja, die Lage ist ein kleines Ass im Ärmel: Bahnhof direkt ums Eck, Innenstadt in zwei Schritten und trotzdem angenehm ruhig. Und noch ein Tipp für deinen nächsten Aufenthalt: am See bist du auch in zwei Minuten!
