And another one…
It was again an amazing stay: the beauty of a perfect location, the beautiful building, the sound of the Litz, the amazing stylish rooms, the one-of-a-kind super friendly, professional and hospitable staff (Ben, Antonia, Krecznik, Issa, Mitzi, Irina, Enzo, Steven, Karo. Anika, and the ones whose names I did not memorize!), the fantastic food (breakfast and both restaurants), the leadership team (Franziska, Michaela, Vivien and Stefan), the cleaning staff: simply everybody!
It makes for the ultimate relaxation break: a perfect cocktail of nature, outdoor life, wellness, luxurous hospitality combined with sincere grounded warmth and culinary highlights!
Let’s face it: if you don’t like this gem, the problem is probably you.

Exceptional attention to detail and genuinely thoughtful hospitality
A moment that really captured this: it happened to be my wife’s birthday during our stay. During the pre-check-in process, the hotel asked for guest details including birth dates, which we provided without mentioning the occasion. We weren’t expecting anything—honestly, we didn’t even hint at it.
On the evening of her birthday, we came down to dinner and noticed a beautifully prepared table subtly decorated. It was only then that it became clear the team had picked up on the date and quietly arranged something special. To begin the meal they brought a thoughtful non-alcoholic sparkling wine (knowing our preference), after dinner they served a lovely chocolate cake with a candle for dessert. No fuss, no singing—just elegant, understated care.
That approach really reflects the hotel as a whole: nothing overdone, but everything considered. Small details are noticed, and gestures feel genuine rather than scripted.
Overall, we left with the feeling that Amrai Suites is not just about beautiful rooms, but about people who truly pay attention.
Highly recommended for anyone staying in the Montafon area.

Repetition, but still can’t get enough
Just had another week of culinary highlights, serene tranquility, beauty, one-of-a-kind hospitality and pure relaxation again af Amrai Suites: batteries recharged! The STAFF is brilliant: from reception to back-office to management, to restaurant, to housekeeping: hospitality is in their DNA but with authenticity and lots of heart, Kupfergrill becomes better and better each time, the vibe remains unique, the hotel lost none of its beauty and remains well kept. I can’t wait to be back soon again. No changes for me…. I’m still not bored and hope this love will last for a loooong time.
