Fantastic stay at Avani

We had the best experience staying at Avani Hotel for our wedding anniversary.
Our room was amazing, overlooking the beach. We had a fantastic bath in our room . The service was first class.
We were also surprised with a beautiful plate of assorted chocolates and a card for our anniversary.
Drinks and dinner at Sully’s was wonderful. Cocktails, wait staff, views… all perfect. At dinner, we were waited on by Rodriguez and Olivia who were very attentive and explained and suggested menu items for us.
Thank you so much for a wonderful stay.

Sunshine Coast experience

Avani Hotel in the heart of Mooloolaba is a close-to-home quiet experience which has plenty of help in seeing and doing things if either is what you enjoy in a holiday. Why pay $$$$$$$$s to go overseas when it is all here right on Brisbane's doorstep.

Nice looking well located hotel

This is a nice looking renovated hotel in a good location near Mooloolaba beach and shops. There is a weird bathroom set up though in the rooms- two frosted glass doors with a shower in one and toilet in the other. Sink outside. Hard to get privacy. Staff are nice but service a bit patchy. Nice rooftop pool

Avani at Mooloolaba

New hotel, very clean and pleasant decor. Staff very friendly and helpful. Well located; short walk to the beach and shops and restaurants. Onsite parking $30 per night - should have been included in the room rate. Two EV chargers in the carpark but occupied by the same two vehicles all day.
View from our room was of a multi-storey car park.

Great Hotel in Mooloolaba

Clean and tidy hotel, great location with very friendly and helpful staff. Fantastic roof-top bar and restaurant and amazing breakfasts to start the day. Highly recommend and would stay there again.
