Fabulous Stay, Even Better Meals

Pablo is the most amazing host and proprietor you will find. His meals were exquisite. Still dreaming about them. He's charming, friendly, jovial and a phenomenal chef! They have two small rooms right now but are almost finished with two brand new cabins that are independent and have fantastic views. The lavender throughout the property was the most fragrant I've smelled. Everything was so clean and comfortable. This was by far our favorite stay on the Carretera Austral. If you have to go out of your way to stay here, do it. Just make sure to have all your meals from Pablo. At dinner he offers 3 starters, two entrees and dessert. You won't eat better anywhere else. You can eat here if you're not staying here too, just whatsapp them ahead of time. The views from the beautiful dining room are sweeping.

You will not want to leave the place

Our objective of staying at Puerto Guadal was to look at the Marble Caves and walk around General Carrera lake. Getting to Puerto Guadal without a car wasn’t the easiest thing to do, but Pablo who owned the hotel was supportive from the very beginning. Communications was prompt and clear. When our plans has suddenly changed due to the issues with the public transportation, Pablo offered us a couple of options - e.g. meet us at Puerto Rio Tranquilo, transfer to the guys organizing Marble Caves visit, wait until it’s finished and drive us to El Arrayan. Everything worked out perfectly.
When you book your stay at El Arrayan you are basically getting a half of the wooden house with a common space, bedroom and bathroom. Both rooms have huge windows overlooking the beautiful General Carrera lake. You can also use the wood stove to heat your house. Comfy bed, very nice and spacious house, magnificent nature. Not sure what else you may need, if you are visiting Puerto Guadal.
Breakfasts and dinner are available on site. Both are delicious.
If you want some solitude and feeling of freedom - this is a place to stay. We are definitely coming back

Magnifique vue sur le lac

Magnifique lodge. Dans la cabana, il y a une chambre, un coin salon face à la baie vitrée avec superbe vue sur le lac. L intérieur est très bien aménagé et très confortable, literie excellente.
Il y avait du feu.
Accueil très chaleureux et convivial.
Paulo nous a très gentiment aidé à organiser nos journées.
Et le restaurant top.La cuisine est excellente.
Pour le jour du départ à une heure très matinale, il nous avait préparé un super petit déjeuner à emporter.
On serait bien resté plus !

Patagonien Puerto Guadal

Eine überwältigend schöne Lage und weite Sicht auf den See, eine ausgezeichnete Betreuung, familiäre Atmosphäre, gemütliche Unterkunft mit Kamin ... und Pablo kocht nicht nur ausgezeichnet, sondern schafft eine Atmosphäre, in der bei Wein, spitzenmäßigem Pisco Spur, wunderbarem Essen, anregende Gespräche von Tisch zu Tisch wie von selbst sich ergeben haben. Selbstverständlich war er immer ansprechbereit, wenn wir Fragen zu Land und Leuten, zu Ausflugszielen, zu seinen kulinarischen Geheimnissen hatten. Wir sind dankbar für diesen wunderbaren Aufenthalt und haben am Ende bereut, nicht noch ein paar Tage mehr gebucht zu haben.

Carretera austral

Un paraíso de la naturaleza con maxima calidez y conversación justa.
Ver el color del agua turquesa, las montañas y el cielo azul profundo x la ventana del dormitorio , no tiene palabras.
Pablo y Nadira un sol de personas, preocupados por que te sientas feliz, con una cantidad de tips de paseos por la zona.
