Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Payment before arrival by bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. It's not possible to stay at this property for coronavirus (COVID-19) quarantine purposes. A damage deposit of SAR 200 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. 1- Please note that non-Muslims cannot enter the cities of Makkah & Madinah without special permission from the government. 2- Third party credit cards are not accepted. The credit card used to make the booking must be present at the reception desk upon check-in. 3- Hotel reserves the right to cancel the Non Guaranteed reservations after 6 pm on the day of Arrival. 4- Please note that during the holy month of Ramadan, "Sahur" will be served in place of the morning breakfast and the "Iftar" will be served instead of dinner.
