We enjoyed our stay, staff was friendly and helpful and the property was what we expected it to be.

Place is construction so a lot going on throughout the day. We rented the cabin and it had everything we needed but it was hit and one room didn’t have an ac unit. Luckily they were able to provide us with a fan. Overall it was a good place to stay.

The place is clean, but it doesn't match the photos at all. When you arrive, you realize the advertising is just a sham

The pictures of the 5bedroom cabin were misleading, the kitchen pictures were different. Also where the pool table is the picture shows stairs to go upstairs, there’s just a wall no upstairs. The jacuzzi was not working , the second night there was no water and hotel staff would not communicate. We checked out early the next morning because water never came back and we need to shower. Still haven’t heard back from the hotel about how they’re going to make things right.

There was no water to shower or to go to the bathroom. The staff said the water would be off for 20 minutes. The next day people were taking water from the pool to flush the toilets. The place is run down and the pictures they have don’t reflect how it looks. They have appliances pulled apart laying out in the open. The pool equipment was thrown on the ground. Don’t stay here. No staff between 10pm and 8am.
