Perfect for what we were after

We wanted a quick getaway and chose Echuca and the quest due to it’s proximity to the Main Street and restaurants it was very nice and perfect for what we wanted to do.

Was given a room that hadn’t been cleaned since last guests.

I was booked for after hours check in. Arrived, collected room key went to room and they had assigned me a room that hadn’t not been cleaned at all since the last guest walked out. I think it’s a pretty big failure. Luckily I was able to find a staff member who was locking up for the night and they did manage to find me another room that had been cleaned.

I left my diamond rings behind in a draw accidentally and the staff helped me get them back…. Very very grateful.

Lift was not working and I advised of issues with knees but they didn’t offer to relocate me from my third floor room

Enjoyable stay

Our stay at The Quest was a wonderful overnight experience, and we genuinely wished we could have stayed longer to explore more of the city. The room was a great size, spotlessly clean, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. Parking and access to the motel were straightforward, and the staff were very helpful throughout our stay.
The location is ideal — just a short walk to the main street and local attractions, yet the property remains pleasantly quiet. Highly recommend.
